The stories, brands and faces shaping culture right now.
It’s been a busy week globally across media and we’ve pulled together the moments that stood out most.
JD Sports’ “Where Are You Going?”
JD Sports dropped its ‘Where Are You Going?’ project, a global documentary style campaign shot with 286 young people, told entirely through their eyes and on their own terms. It featured Cole Palmer, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Nemzz, Jeremie Frimpong, Chy Cartier and Jade Thirlwall, to name a few.
The Wunna Run Club with Gunna
Gunna kicked off the Wunna Run Club alongside his world tour, merging music, wellness and community with 5K runs across cities such as NYC, Toronto and Atlanta.
Each session includes a morning 5K with Gunna and his team, in partnership with Under Armour and his nonprofit, Gunna’s Great Giveaway. Runners receive an exclusive Wunna Run Club t-shirt, towel and bib, plus a photo moment at the finish line to celebrate before the show.

More artists, brands and creators are leaning into IRL moments to connect with their audiences and build real community.
The Office Movers Season 2 Featuring Drake
Random Order Studios is back with The Office Movers S2, and this time Drake makes a surprise cameo, sounding more Canadian than ever.
The comedy follows two brothers navigating Toronto’s office moving industry and the chaos that comes with it. Season 2 premiered on Friday, distributed internationally by UK-based Sphere Abacus, and has already been renewed for a third season.
Travis Scott for Outlander’s First Print Magazine
Travis Scott fronts the debut print issue of Outlander Magazine, in HERMÈS, bringing his world of fashion, culture and creative chaos to the cover.
Founder Callum shares what the moment means for him and the brand:
“WOW, what a moment. My only wish in this life is that what I’ve spent the last 10 years building acts as a strong form of inspiration for your own creative careers - I came from no fashion background, I had no connections & I had no idea what I was doing, but, I did it anyway. And I’m here to remind everyone that PRINT ISN’T DEAD.”

A decade of persistence and independent storytelling - now on paper. Congratulations to Callum and the whole team at Outlander!
Guap Gala hosted by Mikai McDermott and Dami Hope
Mikai McDermott and Dami Hope hosted the GUAP Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating creativity, culture and the power of paying it forward.

The GUAP Gala is an experiential award show and celebration of creative excellence, spotlighting the people, brands and creatives shaping culture today.
After a one-year hiatus, the event returned this weekend with headline partner ASOS, bigger than ever. GUAP Gala 2025 once again honoured both familiar names and behind-the-scenes innovators driving culture forward.
Bus Auntie x MAC Cosmetics, I Only Wear MAC
Bemi Omo Oruje, “bus auntie”, teamed up with MAC Cosmetics for Tour of London by Night, a Black History Month celebration of community and beauty.
The night saw Bemi and the MAC team take over the city on the I Only Wear MAC bus, followed by a six-course dinner honouring Black talent.
TreasureTress’ ‘A Curly Christmas’
TreasureTress, Europe’s largest natural hair product discovery box, has launched its first national TV ad with creative studio All Things. Titled ‘A Curly Christmas’, the 30-second spot airs on Channel 4 through 23 November, marking the brand’s 10th anniversary.
For too long, curls were erased, relaxed, or brushed out in a bid to “fit in.” Generations of women grew up with no education, no representation and no products made for their texture. Beauty ads didn’t show curls unless they were being tamed. And supermarket shelves rarely stocked Black-owned brands.
TreasureTress was built to changing that. And did.
Each of these moments, in their own way, highlights marketing and PR campaigns that feels inclusive and grounded in community. Whether it’s brands taking it offline, creators redefining representation, or founders proving that persistence still pays off, this week reminded us that culture is the blueprint.

The way they are ‘optimizing’ the bus auntie 😂😂 good for her
Love this! Mac was really on the money with the bus auntie moment - saw it all over my feed and it was such a beautiful way to kick off the festive season.
